從特富野的雲霧到杯中的花果香，是一群平凡人對風土的極致堅持。

這一年對台灣咖啡的看法：

臺灣咖啡未來預計為兩種主要模式：

• 大品牌：資金雄厚，能多方實驗並藉賽事堆疊知名度與高溢價；

透過收購與專業管理擴大規模，且抗風險能力強。 

• 小農場： 受限資金，靠少量實驗批次拼賽事；因耐受力低而

主打 B2C 高價直銷，注重經營極致獨特性。 

未來將形成「大品牌靠規模與資源打國際盃，小農場靠獨特性深耕微市場」的兩極化格局。

For years, working quietly behind the scenes to promote Taiwanese coffee internationally, using flavor profiles that are both highly approachable and rigorously refined, helping the world discover and fall in love with the taste of Taiwan's terroir.

To Taiwanese coffee, I want to say:

From the misty clouds of Tefuye to the floral and fruity aromas in the cup — this is a group of ordinary people's unwavering devotion to their land.

My thoughts on Taiwanese coffee this year:
I foresee Taiwanese coffee's future splitting into two main models:

• Major brands: Backed by substantial capital, able to run extensive experiments and build reputation and premium pricing through competitions. They'll expand scale through acquisitions and professional management, giving them strong resilience against risk.
• Small farms: Constrained by limited capital, relying on small experimental batches to compete in contests. With lower tolerance for risk, they'll focus on high-price B2C direct sales, emphasizing extreme uniqueness in their operations.

Going forward, this will create a polarized landscape: "major brands competing internationally through scale and resources, while small farms cultivate niche markets through their distinctiveness."

獵人書坊介紹：

   位於嘉義阿里山特富野部落的「獵人書坊」，是一座由鄒族獵戶經營的秘境莊園。營主將傳統生態獵場轉化為食物森林，以自然共生的理念栽培高品質高山咖啡。

   園區主打多樣化的精緻咖啡，尤以「藝伎與紫葉」蜜處理品種著稱，帶有白柚、洛神花與梅子綠茶等清亮果香；亦推出結合調酒的「獵人米咖奶」，完美融合咖啡香與鄒族山林韻味。

Located in the Tefuye Tribal Area of Alishan, Chiayi, "Hunter's Bookstore" is a hidden-gem estate run by Cou hunters. The owner has transformed a traditional ecological hunting ground into a food forest, cultivating high-quality high-mountain coffee under a philosophy of natural coexistence.

The estate specializes in a diverse range of specialty coffees, most notably its honey-processed Geisha and Purple Leaf varietals, which carry bright, clean notes of pomelo, roselle, and plum green tea. It has also launched "Hunter's Rice Coffee Milk," a cocktail-inspired creation that perfectly blends coffee aromas with the flavors of the Cou mountain forest.
