想對臺灣咖啡說：

每一杯臺灣咖啡，都是一群人的努力。從一棵咖啡樹，到採收、後製、烘焙，每一個環節，都在訴說著這片土地，期許臺灣咖啡，不只是被喝見，更能被世界看見。

To Taiwanese coffee, I want to say:

Every cup of Taiwanese coffee represents the effort of many people. From a single coffee tree, through harvesting, processing, and roasting — every step tells the story of this land. I hope Taiwanese coffee won't just be tasted, but truly seen by the world.

這一年對台灣咖啡的看法：

我認為，這一年最大的進步不是只有風味越來越好，而是整個產業開始更重視制度化、分級化，以及與國際市場接軌。近年包括新產季推廣及活動都代表臺灣咖啡正建立更清楚的品質語言與市場信任。我也觀察到，消費者比過去更願意了解產地、品種、後製法，甚至開始在意一杯咖啡背後的故事。

好喝穩定且讓消費者願意再次回來，是我期待的臺灣咖啡的價值。

My thoughts on Taiwanese coffee this year:

I believe the biggest progress this year isn't just that the flavor keeps improving — it's that the whole industry has started paying more attention to standardization, grading systems, and connecting with international markets. In recent years, new-harvest promotions and events have shown that Taiwanese coffee is building a clearer language of quality and greater trust in the market. I've also noticed that consumers are more willing than before to learn about origin, varietals, and processing methods — they're even starting to care about the story behind each cup. Coffee that tastes great, stays consistent, and makes people want to come back — that's the value I hope for in Taiwanese coffee.

泥妲莊園介紹：

座落於花蓮太平洋海岸線旁的「泥妲咖啡」，由太魯閣族醫師戴豐秋返鄉創辦。「泥妲（Nita）」在太魯閣語中代表「我們的」，象徵與族人攜手打造屬於部落的咖啡品牌。戴醫師帶領族人以友善有機的方式耕作，迎著太平洋海風與高日照微氣候，孕育出獨特的柑橘、百香果與甜桃層次。

莊園近年屢獲「花蓮縣精品咖啡評鑑有機組特等獎」，用一杯極具溫度的花蓮風土咖啡，活絡部落經濟，也讓臺灣咖啡邁向國際。

Introducing Nita Estate:

Located along Hualien's Pacific coastline, Nita Coffee was founded by Dr. Dai Fengqiu, a Truku physician who returned to his hometown to start the estate. "Nita" means "ours" in the Truku language, symbolizing a coffee brand built together with the tribal community. Dr. Dai leads fellow tribe members in eco-friendly, organic cultivation, and the estate's unique microclimate — shaped by Pacific sea breezes and abundant sunshine — gives rise to distinctive layers of citrus, passion fruit, and sweet peach.

In recent years, the estate has repeatedly won the Special Grade Award in the Organic Category of the Hualien County Specialty Coffee Competition. Through a cup of coffee brimming with the warmth of Hualien's terroir, Nita is revitalizing the tribal economy while helping bring Taiwanese coffee onto the world stage.
